Yesterday afternoon at the doctor’s office our car had an attempted burglary & wouldn’t start. We called Santiam, Towing, and Recovery, Tim Paxton came to our rescue. It was past 5pm, both my husband & myself (elderly) were ill. Tim fixed the problem, stayed around because of unsavory characters and saw us off safely. Later at home Tim called us to make certain we made it home and were safe. We need more people like Tim Paxton! 5 stars to him & Santiam, Towing, and Recovery. Thank you, Donn & Betty Duncan-Krainer

Santiam Towing is fantastic. Quick response, excellent communication, and genuine customer care. Our truck operator Tim drove over an hour to get us from a remote location on HWY 22 with no cell service, then drove us 2 hours home requiring him to make the return drive after his scheduled shift ended. He was the consummate professional: Hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Santiam Towing (and stranded motorists) are truly blessed to have Tim on staff. Thank you!

Driver was extra careful with my truck. Sure the thing is nearly as long as the tow bed, but he made sure it was secure and delivered safely.
Friendly and easy to work with.
My experience with you guys was great. It was a triple AAA call and AAA is always very good to deal with the driver was awesome and courteous and did a great job. My only complaint is that I did not get a text message when they were on the way I did get a call from AAA that said they had a tow company that had received the request, but never got an ETA or a notification that they were actually on the way, but overall still a great experience they were there quickly.

The dispatch was very friendly when contacted me by phone. Driver was very fast and friendly while doing the job especially for coming out early on a Sunday morning. Driver got vehicle exactly where it needed to be dropped of and I didn't have to push it to relocate it in any way. Great Job Santiam.
